In accordance with Article 24 (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive
2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act) we inform you that as of August 17, 2024, XVideos has 84 million average monthly recipients of the service in the European Union, calculated as an average over the period of the past six months.

This number is significantly lower than our previously published numbers because it was impossible until recently to calculate an accurate number, due to the large proportion of people visiting with "incognito" browsers. We could only speculate as incognito users are normally undetectable, and repeated visits from them would be counted as extra visitors, meaning we would have had to guess a number ranging from roughly one to triple. But judging from experience and rule of thumbs, we estimated that we were above the quota of 45 million unique EU users monthly, so we simply published the highest number to avoid speculating and wasting time.

However we very recently found a way to account for them. We now know that in the EU, close to 40% of our users visit in icognito sessions (showing that visitors of adult site users are very concerned about their privacy...). This allowed us to to calculate the more realistic number presented above.
